Puppy Purchase Policy

Thank you for your interest in one of our Puppies here at Blue Swann Farm. Once you have chosen a puppy to be your new family member there are a few things covered here in our Puppy Policy that you need to know.

Limited AKC Registration $550 (pet, working home)

Full AKC Registration $2000 (breeding, showing home)

Blue Swann Farm does honor a 15% discount for 1st responders and veterans for pet home pups.

Deposits/payments will only be accepted in the form of cashiers check, money order, cash app, venmo or cash. All checks are to be made out to Kassidy Swann.

Every puppy that leaves our kennel is guaranteed to be healthy at the time of pick up. For your peace of mind we provide a ten day general health guarantee. If your puppy becomes sick within ten days of pick up we will take the puppy back and provide you with a puppy of equal value provided that you take the puppy to the vet and have the vet confirm that this sickness was with the puppy when it was picked up from our farm. We will not be held responsible for any vet bills accrued due to this.

 

"BSF" must be included at the beginning of registration name. This includes both full registration and limited registration puppies.

 

Limited registration puppies must be spayed or neutered unless otherwise discussed and approved. This will only be under very limited circumstances and an amended contract will be provided in these cases. 

 

At the time of the pick up puppy will have received all dewormings and vaccinations as will be evidenced by the provided medical sheet.

 

Suitable home must be provided in all cases. Failure to do this may result in the repossession of the puppy by Blue Swann Farm. If at any point the buyer cannot provide a suitable home or decides they no longer want the puppy the seller has the first choice to either take the puppy back at no cost to the seller along with all AKC documents or assist the buyer in finding a suitable home for the puppy.

• Tails cannot be docked and ears cannot be cropped.

 

*Failure to follow any of the points outlined in this puppy policy/contract can result in repossession and/or revocation of AKC registration rights.
